Rhythm — Cycle-Aware Daily Companion
A cycle-aware daily companion app (iOS/macOS, Swift + API backend) that connects body data, life pacing, and energy patterns into a daily rhythm — early-stage, currently building the public-facing surface
Tech Stack
The Problem
Most cycle and rhythm trackers either treat the body as a calendar app (when’s your next period) or as a wellness gimmick (here’s a generic horoscope based on day of cycle). What’s missing is something that respects how an actual person’s rhythm — physical, energetic, attentional — actually moves across weeks and seasons.
The Solution
Rhythm pairs a Swift app (iOS + macOS) with an API backend. The app surfaces the day’s rhythm signal — energy, focus, recovery, somatic state — and the backend handles the pattern analysis that makes “today is a low-power day” mean something useful rather than something generic.
Status
Early stage. App scaffolding live. API layer in active development. Public surface and product positioning still being shaped — this is the project where the “public face” question gets answered.
What This Demonstrates
Building from lived experience. Rhythm isn’t a feature pitch dressed up as a wellness product — it’s an attempt to encode the actual texture of cycle-aware living into software that respects how messy that texture really is.
