SAVANT — Personal AI Operating System
A daily-driver-grade personal AI operating system: MCP servers, autonomous agents, intelligence pipelines, and ritual scaffolding that compose into a coherent system I actually live inside
Tech Stack
The Problem
The tools that exist treat AI as either a chatbot or a productivity widget. Neither approach scales to the question “how does an AI actually become part of a life” — where it has to respect cycles, hold memory across sessions, route work to the right specialist, and stay coherent across years rather than minutes.
The Solution
SAVANT is a multi-server AI operating system. The core architecture:
- MCP server fleet — domain-scoped servers (core, ambient, health, finance, oracle, event-bus, quantum, more) each owning a coherent surface
- Autonomous agents — cosmic weather, encouragement, weekly meal planning, success analyzers, compound win forecasters, and more
- Intelligence pipelines — BigQuery exports, intelligence widgets, dashboard generation, sync to vault
- Event bus — a contract-typed message layer so the system can compose without tangling
- Ritual scaffolding — daily, weekly, cycle, and seasonal practices encoded as runnable surfaces
It’s the system I use every day. It’s not a product, it’s a substrate.
Status
Production-running and continuously evolving. Architecture is mature; ongoing work is in refinement, coherence audits, and integrating new surfaces (recent additions: career-ops automation, divination-audio pipeline, sav-app Swift surface).
What This Demonstrates
Long-horizon system design. SAVANT isn’t a demo or a portfolio piece built for show — it’s the system I actually live inside. The discipline it demonstrates is the discipline of building something that has to keep working tomorrow, next month, next year, without rotting.
