Sav Resources ("we", "our", or "us") operates Groups Manager Pro. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key Point: Your data never leaves Google's servers. We only store license information for subscription management.

Information We Collect

When you use Groups Manager Pro, we collect:

  • Email Address: Your Google account email for licensing
  • License Status: Whether you have a free or Pro subscription
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details

Data Access

This add-on requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

  • Google Groups: List groups, view members, add/remove members based on your spreadsheet data
  • Google Sheets: Read email addresses from your spreadsheet for bulk operations

We do not store, share, or transmit your Google Workspace data to external servers.

What Data We Store

  • License Key: Stored in your Google Account's User Properties
  • License Record: Your email and license status in our database

How We Use Your Information

  • To validate your license and provide appropriate features
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To send important product updates (you can opt out)
  • To respond to support requests

Free vs Pro Tiers

  • Free tier: Manage up to 2 Google Groups
  • Pro tier ($9.99/mo): Unlimited groups, analytics, export features

Third-Party Services

Data Retention

We retain your license information while your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain records for 90 days for accounting purposes, then delete them.

Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from product emails
