iOS App Development

Native iOS applications built with SwiftUI, focusing on utility apps and productivity tools.

Technologies

SwiftUI Swift Core Data CloudKit WidgetKit

Key Outcomes

  • Multiple apps in development
  • SwiftUI-first architecture
  • iCloud sync for seamless device handoff

Background

I’ve been building iOS apps as a way to solve my own problems and learn modern Apple development practices. SwiftUI has made it genuinely enjoyable to build native experiences.

Current Focus

My iOS work centers on utility and productivity apps:

  • Personal tools that integrate with my SAVANT system
  • Widget-first design for glanceable information
  • iCloud sync for data portability across devices

Technical Approach

SwiftUI Native All new development uses SwiftUI. The declarative approach matches how I think about UI, and the ecosystem support keeps improving.

Core Data + CloudKit Local persistence with automatic cloud sync. Users get their data everywhere without thinking about it.

Widget Support Most of my apps have companion widgets. The constraint of small screens forces better information design.

What’s Next

Several apps are in development, targeting the App Store in 2026. I’ll update this page as they launch.
