By using Email Attachment Importer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the add-on.

2. Description of Service

Email Attachment Importer is a Google Sheets add-on that imports email attachments from Gmail. The Service is provided as a Google Workspace Add-on.

3. Free vs Pro Tiers

• Free tier: 1 import profile, CSV files only, 50 attachments per month, manual imports only
• Pro tier ($14.99/mo or $149.99/yr): Unlimited profiles, Excel file support, automated scheduling, email notifications, priority support

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you will NOT:

• Use the Service to access emails you are not authorized to read
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas
• Share your Pro license key with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data in violation of privacy laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Data Handling

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• The Service accesses your Gmail in read-only mode to find matching emails
• Attachments are processed within Google's infrastructure
• Imported data is written to your Google Sheet, which you control
• We do not store email content or attachment data on external servers
• You are responsible for the security of your spreadsheet and shared access

6. Payment & Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
• No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on Google's APIs and infrastructure. We are not liable for:

• Downtime caused by Google service outages
• Data loss due to Google API changes
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, designs, and documentation, is owned by Sav Resources. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
