By using FormVue ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Summary: Use the Service lawfully, don't share your license, and we'll provide the features you paid for.

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormVue is a Google Sheets add-on that transforms Google Forms responses into visual dashboards. The Service is provided as a Google Workspace Add-on.

3. Free vs Pro Tiers

  • Free tier: 1 connected form, up to 100 responses, basic charts (pie, bar, column)
  • Pro tier ($9.99/mo): Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, all chart types, PDF export, shareable links

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

  • Use the Service to visualize data you are not authorized to access
  • Share your Pro license key with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or quotas
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the Service

5. Data Handling

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service reads form response data from your Google Sheets
  • All visualization processing happens within Google's infrastructure
  • We do not store your form responses on external servers
  • PDF exports are generated on-demand and not stored by us

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
  • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on Google's APIs and infrastructure. We are not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by Google service outages
  • Data loss due to Google API changes
  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, designs, and documentation, is owned by Sav Resources. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
